House prices dip in April Fame it!

The FT’s index also recorded an annual growth rate of 4.1% for April, down from 5.2% in March. This marks the eighth consecutive month in which the annual growth rate has declined, and the lowest rate of annual growth since February 2006. The average house price in England and Wales currently stands at £230,623.
