The area director, Jenny Millers, says the calls came from Howard, Hervey Bay, Bundaberg and Gin Gin. She says two houses in the region were seriously damaged. "One was in Moore Park in Bundaberg and the other was in Wallaville near Gin Gin. Moore Park had some roof damage by a tree - the SES [State Emergency Service] were able to cover the furniture last night, but they will go back and look at the damage today," she said.
